As an Architectural Project Lead, you will be working on the production of construction documents for our multi-unit clients. You will work both independently and within a team to perform advanced level tasks and research issues. Using advanced knowledge of Architecture you will use CAD or other software to complete projects in accordance with client requirements, code requirements, standards, and site adjustments. This role requires significant exercise of judgment on details relative to the completion of construction plans, such as modifications needed. You will be expected to train, assist, and provide directions and instruction within your team, as well as share knowledge, in order to produce a complete set of construction documents for projects. You will work under a team Job Captain and directly report to the A/E Studio Manager. You will be responsible for your specific discipline section of a project, meeting established timeframes, and ensuring total project deliverables exceed the expectations of our clients. In this role your key learning opportunities will include developing advanced technical knowledge in your discipline; gaining exposure to client relationship management and project management skills; enhancing your competency for training others in your discipline; and working with various clients and projects in one or two segments of the restaurant, retail, and petroleum industries.
